Two Dudes $500 Woolworths Gift Card Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The promoter is Two Dudes Limited (NZ company number 7662117, NZBN 9429047624634), 7 Basalt Place, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand (the Promoter). Questions can be sent to hello@twodudesproject.com.
2. This giveaway is run by Two Dudes. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by Woolworths.

Promotion period

3. The giveaway opens on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT (9:59pm AEDT) on 11 November 2026 (the Promotion Period).
4. No purchase is necessary.

Who can enter

5. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Western Australia. Entries from Western Australian residents are invalid.
6. Employees of the Promoter, of Woolworths, and of any agency or supplier involved in running the giveaway, and their immediate families, cannot enter.

How to enter

7. During the Promotion Period, enter your email address and first name on the entry page at two-dudes-limited.myklpages.com/l/VNutsA, select your country (New Zealand or Australia) and submit the form.
8. One entry per person. There are no bonus or additional entries.
9. Entries that are automated, duplicated, incomplete or made with false details are invalid.
10. By entering, entrants agree to receive emails from Two Dudes, including competition updates and marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after entering does not affect an entry already made. Entrants' details are added to the Two Dudes email list and used as set out in clause 25.

Prizes

11. There are 10 prizes, each a $500 Woolworths digital gift card:
    • 5 New Zealand winners, each receiving a NZD $500 Woolworths New Zealand digital gift card (total prize pool NZD $2,500); and
    • 5 Australian winners (excluding Western Australia), each receiving an AUD $500 Woolworths Australia digital gift card (total prize pool AUD $2,500).
12. Each winner can win only one prize.
13. Prizes are delivered as digital gift cards by email within 14 days of the winner confirming their prize, and in any case within 28 days of the draw in which the winner was selected.
14. Gift-card issuer terms, including expiry dates, apply. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Draw

15. The draw takes place at 10:00am NZDT (8:00am AEDT) on 12 November 2026 at the Promoter's address above.
16. Winners are selected by random electronic draw. Entrants go into the draw for the country they select at entry. Five winners are drawn at random from the New Zealand entries and five from the Australian entries.

Winners

17. Winners are notified in writing by email within one business day of the draw and must confirm their prize by replying to that email by 11:59pm NZDT on 26 November 2026 (14 days after the draw).
18. By accepting a prize, winners consent to being announced by first name and region, including in Two Dudes social media, emails and publicity about the marathon.
19. Winners' first names and regions will be published on this page, twodudesproject.com/pages/giveaway-terms, from 13 November 2026 and will remain published for at least 7 days. Any redraw winners will be added on 27 November 2026 and will remain published for at least 7 days. Winners may also be announced on the @twodudesproject Instagram account.
20. If a winner does not confirm their prize by 11:59pm NZDT on 26 November 2026, is not eligible or declines the prize, the prize will be redrawn at 10:00am NZDT (8:00am AEDT) on 27 November 2026 at the same place and in the same way, from the remaining valid entries for the same country. Redraw winners are notified in writing by email within one business day and have 14 days to confirm their prize.

General

21. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or incomplete entries caused by technical issues outside its control.
22. The Promoter may verify any entry and disqualify entrants who break these terms.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram from all liability relating to this promotion. Facebook and Instagram will not be involved in running it.
24. The Promoter will keep records of the draw and all entries as required by law.
25. Personal information is used to run this giveaway, to contact winners and to send Two Dudes emails as described in clause 10, in line with the Two Dudes privacy policy.
26. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law.
27. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
