- The Promotion will run from 11:59pm, Wednesday 6 April 2022 to 11:59pm, Wednesday 20th April 2022 (the “Term”). Any purchases outside of the Term may not be accepted.
- The promoter of this Promotion is Two Dudes Limited (“Two Dudes”, “we”).
- To enter the Competition, you must:
- purchase the 'hair & body trio' online from www.twodudesproject.com during the Term of the Promotion.
- You will receive $5 with your order that is sent out to the delivery address specified in your order.
The Promotion listed above is referred to in these terms and conditions as a “Promotion”.
- You agree that any costs incurred in shipping outside of New Zealand may be at your expense.
- Two Dudes want this Promotion to be fair for everyone, so if any entries are incomplete, ‘hacked’, or look fraudulent, we may reserve the right to decline your entry into the Promotion.
- If for any reason the advertised Promotion cannot be provided, we will give you another prize of the same value.
- Two Dudes reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
- Two Dudes and its suppliers are not liable to you for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you may suffer through participating in the Promotion.
- If you receive the $5 from the Promotion, you agree to participate in any marketing used by Two Dudes, and agree to the use of your name and photo for promotional purposes.

- If you provide personal information to Two Dudes during the course of the Promotion, you agree that your personal information may be used for Two Dudes’ promotional and marketing purposes.
