We're looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder to lead our partnerships, collaborations, and brand activations function. Someone who can spot opportunities others miss, get meetings with brands we probably shouldn't be able to get meetings with, and turn big ideas into campaigns people actually talk about. 

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founders of one of the fastest-growing brands in the Southern Hemisphere and help shape the next chapter of our growth.

At Two Dudes, we're here to ignite the men's grooming boom.

We make skincare, deodorant, haircare, and shaving products that are straight-up, easy to use, and effective. Blending natural NZ botanicals with high-performing active ingredients to help dudes take care of themselves without the fluff.

Born in a garage, now on the shelves of 2,500+ stores across NZ & AU, and we're only just getting started.

Our mission? Change men's health one bathroom at a time.

We're not trying to become another skincare company. We're trying to build the most shared men's brand in the group chat. 

About the Role ✌️

We're hiring a Brand Collabs & Partnerships Associate to build and own our partnerships engine.

From major brand collaborations and retail activations to cultural moments, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, getting them off the ground, leading them internally, and making sure they land successfully.

You'll work directly with Michael (co-founder) and collaborate closely with our content, operations, paid media,creative, and charity partners to bring campaigns to life.

This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week), ideal for someone who loves building, creative thinking, project management, and turning ambitious ideas into reality.

What You'll Do 🚀

1. Brand Partnerships & Business Development (40%)

  • Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Identify brands, organisations, retailers, and personalities that align with Two Dudes
  • Lead outreach, relationship building, pitching, and negotiation
  • Develop long-term partnership relationships rather than one-off campaigns
  • Own the charity + cause partnership pipeline aligned with men's health mission
  • Assess and respond to inbound sponsorship/partnership requests
  • Work alongside Michael on larger strategic opportunities

➡️ Key Deliverables:

  • Build a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Convert partnership discussions into meaningful brand activity
  • Grow Two Dudes' network and reputation within the consumer brand ecosystem
  • Design partnerships that generate earned media and cultural conversation

2. Collaborations & Activations (35%)

  • Own end-to-end execution of collaboration campaigns
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and partners
  • Manage timelines, approvals, budgets, and launch plans
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to maximise campaign impact
  • Ensure campaign activations and events drive awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes
  • Support wider marketing initiatives as required

  • Ensure activations run smoothly and on time
  • Create partnerships that generate genuine buzz and conversation


3. A+ Brand Moment Supplier Set Up (20%)

  • Help build and coordinate the new supply chain systems that will bring our our biggest campaigns to life 
  • Support the development of cultural moments, retail activations, and limited-edition launches with our suppliers
  • Work with operations and suppliers to bring ideas to life

  • Fast and nimble manufacturing capabilities established
  • Limited edition campaigns brought to life outside usual production timelines

4. Partnerships Systems & Reporting (5%)

  • Build repeatable systems and processes around partnerships
  • Document outreach, deal structures, campaign learnings, and partner performance
  • Track partnership ROI and key outcomes
  • Continuously improve how we approach collaborations

2-5 years experience is likely about right, but we'd happily back someone exceptional earlier in their career.
